摘要: Abstract A thermoresponsive poly(NIPAM-co-fluorophore) hydrogel labeled with pyran-based fluorescent dye was prepared using conventional radical copolymerization. The low critical solution temperature behaviour investigated UV–vis spectroscopy which allowed the measurement of phase transition over a wide range temperature. in aqueous underwent at 36–58 °C. fluorescence intensities polymer increased increasing across range. fluorophore displayed blue shift emission increase due to destabilization excited state.
