They tend multiple physical and psychosocial problems abuse many substances. may mistrust health care providers because of past experiences their perceived negative attitude toward providers. Because they often self-treat abscesses wounds before seeking care, the infection or can be large. A complete history examination should obtained. All aspects person's background will an impact on healing. Wounds need careful assessment diagnosis. Correct diagnosis is critical for proper treatment. Treatment decisions must also include pain control, financial concerns, living arrangements, insurance, ability perform Patient education a link in enhancing positive healing outcomes.
