摘要: This study examines the impact of workplace drug and alcohol education on nurses' therapeutic attitude to patients who use illicit drugs. It builds a generalist nursing workforce in Australian Capital Territory 2003, which showed that interaction role support with facilitated attitude. paper explores this detail, showing has no independent association an effect from only occurs when nurses have at least moderate level support. Nursing development needs focus strategies provide for as they work clinically challenging patient group.
