摘要: Sr5(PO4)2SiO4:Eu2+ phosphosilicate phosphor was prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction. Effects of strontium sources (strontium oxide, nitrate and carbonate) phosphorus (diammonium phosphate, monophosphate) on the reactivity their mixture during heating phase composition, morphology photoluminescence excitation emission properties phosphors were investigated TG–DTG–DSC, XRD, SEM spectroscopy. The sequence reactions when using different starting reagents discussed based TG–DTG–DSC results. It found that it is hard to prepare pure with either studied stoichiometric (NH4)2HPO4 used as a source. Minor Sr2SiO4 impurity present in phosphors. content phase, resultant markedly influenced source employed. When SrCO3 source, purity improved addition excess (NH4)2HPO4. (NH4)2HPO4with 5% or SrHPO4 ratio obtained. In addition, also possible reasons causing raw materials reaction schemes.
