摘要: Compositions, methods, and kits for detecting monitoring post-translational modification activities, including kinase or phosphatase are described. The compositions typically include a peptide, first detectable moiety, binding member, protease cleavage site. Modification of composition by enzyme, such as phosphatase, alters the proteolytic sensitivity resulting in change property when it is associated noncovalently with probe that includes second member moiety.
