摘要: A a method for producing activated linear polymers and activatable branched thereof, is carried out by a) reacting nonpeptidic polymer, chemically blocked at one end, with an azole ring activating group that provides leaving to produce intermediate polymer of the general formula poly-lm; b) said poly-lm alkylating agent form imidazolium salt poly-1m+(alkyl)X-; c) +(alkyl)X linker molecule bearing least two nucleophilic moieties derivative thereof. In some embodiments “poly” selected from consisting poly(alkylene oxides), poly(oxyethylated polyols), poly(olefinic alcohols), alkylene oxide propylene oxide; in “Im +” ion; “X-” anionic counterion.
