Organophilic clay gellant

摘要: An organophilic clay gellant having enhanced utility in alcohol compositions is prepared from the reaction product of a smectite-type cation exchange capacity at least 0.75 milliequivalents per gram and about 0.90 to less than 1.20 castor fatty propylamido benzyl dialkyl, i.e., methyl or ethyl ammonium salt.
