摘要: In this research, effective heat transfer properties were evaluated in a fixed bed dryer packed with soybeans, fitting bidimensional pseudo-homogeneous model to the experimental temperature profiles, obtained from dryer, heated by wall and injected air, at steady state conditions various air flow rates. The results reveal that both thermal parameters: radial conductivity (K r ) coefficient (hw) may be represented as an increasing linear function of rate, practically independent soybeans equilibrium moisture content within range used.
