摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in gene regulatory networks by inhibiting the expression of target mRNAs. There is a growing interest identifying relationship between miRNAs and their Various experimental studies have been carried out to discover involved cancer identify genes. At same time, large volume miRNA mRNA profiles become available owing development high-throughput measurement technologies. So, there now pressing need develop computational method which we can mRNAs given from such massive data sets. In this respect, propose effective linear model based identification unravel colorectal using microarray sequence data.
