摘要: The Keio Twin Research Center has conducted two longitudinal twin cohort projects and collected three independent anonymous data sets for studies of phenotypes related to psychological, socio-economic, mental health factors. Study examined adolescent adult cohorts, with a total over 2,400 pairs twins their parents. DNA samples are available approximately 600 these pairs. Tokyo Cohort Project followed 1,600 from infancy early childhood. large-scale cross-sectional study (CROSS) 4,000 pairs, 3 26 years age, high school cohorts containing 1,000 twins. These have mainly targeted academic performance, attitude, social environment. present article introduces the research designs major findings our center, such as genetic structures cognitive abilities, personality traits, performances, developmental effects genes environment on socio-cognitive ability parenting, x interaction attitude conduct problem, statistical methodological challenges so on. We discuss in conducting Japan.
