摘要: Abstract Objective: This report reviews the obstetric outcomes of women with multifetal pregnancy reductions who subsequently underwent elective amniocentesis. Study Design: Five hundred eight patients reduction at our institution. Among these, 91 subsequent The all 508 were followed up. By means logistic regression we evaluated several variables to determine any association loss rate: (1) finishing number fetuses, (2) fetuses undergoing (starting minus fetuses), (3) gestational age reduction, (4) maternal and (5) procedure protocol. We observed that removed, protocol significantly associated rate. Women amniocentesis compared those did not undergo multivariate conditional likelihood analysis stratified two groups according previously mentioned significant compare rates. Results: total uncorrected rate was 9.0% early premature delivery 4.5%. statistically adjusted odds ratio relating 0.7 (95% confidence interval, 0.31.5; P = .3.) Conclusions: rates among comparable (Am J Obstet Gynecol 2000;182:962-5.)
