摘要: Split immunological tolerance refers to states in which an individual is capable of mounting certain types immune responses a particular antigenic challenge, but tolerant the same antigen other compartments system. This concept applicable relationship between mother and fetus, particularly relevant equine pregnancy. In pregnant mares, antibody paternal foreign Major Histocompatibility Complex class I antigens are robust, while anti-paternal cytotoxic T cell diminished compared those mounted by non-pregnant mares. Here, we distribution major lymphocyte subsets, percentage lymphocytes expressing Interferon Gamma (IFNG) Interleukin 4 (IL4) level expression immunoregulatory transcription factor FOXP3 peripheral blood endometrium during cohort mares were tested early pregnancy state, there only slight changes observed contrast, comparison with isolated from endometrial cups revealed striking differences sub-populations. The contained higher numbers IFNG+ lymphocytes, lower IL4. cup also had FOXP3+ cells lymphocytes. Taken together, these results strengthen evidence for state split trophoblast, furthermore define sharp reactivity at maternal-fetal interface.
