摘要: We study on computer simulations to infer a network structure of the hippocampal CA3 culture slice, which is not yet found even in physiological experiments. In order find structure, we have understand dynamical mechanisms how establish two power law distributions spontaneous activities observed cultured slice. The first probabilistic distribution firing frequency neuron. second synchrony size that means rate co-active neurons within time bin. this work, show observations significantly rely mechanisms: (1) high-frequency interneurons by feedback from pyramidal cells, (2) log-normal synaptic weights.
