摘要: Some of the most difficult policy problems modern era have been described as complex, intractable, open-ended and 'wicked'. What are key features such problems? And they really very different in nature from more routine Are we developing better ways to address these wicked This paper sketches some aspects problems, illustrates discussion with two contemporary Australian examples - recent attempts causes possible solutions Indigenous disadvantage; responses climate change.
