摘要: An experiment was conducted to investigate the supplementation of two commercially available multistrain probiotics as an alternative antibiotics on growth performance, intestinal morphology, lipid oxidation and ileal microflora in broiler chickens. A total 280-day-old ROSS 308 mixed-sex chickens with average initial body weight 42 ± 0.5 g were randomly divided into four treatments five replicate cages 14 birds each cage a completely randomized design fed following diets for day: (a) control (CON) (antibiotic-free diet), (b) antibiotic (ANT) (CON + Avilamycin 150 g/ton feed), (c) probiotic Protexin® feed) (d) B Bio-Poul® 200 feed). The results showed broilers ANT diet had greater daily gain than CON during day 1-14 (p < 0.05). At 42, selected per evaluation microflora. supplemented increased villus height goblet cells numbers jejunum crypt depth ratio ileum compared malondialdehyde value reduced 0.05) ANT, groups group.
