摘要: Abstract Purpose To in-vivo quantify differences in anterior scleral shape between myopes and emmetropes relate them with axial length refractive power. Methods Forty-two participants (84 eyes) were included this study. Twenty-five categorised as seventeen myopes. The state was measured monocularly using a closed window autorefractometer. Axial acquired an optical biometer topographical data obtained non-contact corneo-scleral topographer. Anterior asymmetry calculated from 3-dimensional custom-made algorithm further correlated to Right left eyes analysed independently. Results highly (OS OD: R = 0.76, p  Conclusions Both power are well the shape. of each patient should therefore be taken into consideration when analysing planning certain treatments or surgeries fitting contact lenses.
