Knowledge and acceptance of HPV vaccine among adolescents, parents and health professionals: construct development for collection and database composition

摘要: Introduction: The human papillomavirus (HPV) is a prevalent viral infection in the sexually active population, which can be oncogenic and non-oncogenic. Educational efforts by health professionals, aimed at adolescents their parents, help decision-making on vaccination, benefiting implantation process vaccine coverage. Objective: To describe data collection constructs about knowledge acceptability of HPV among adolescents, parents professionals. Methods: Study construct elaboration based an empirical review literature with qualitative focus PubMed database, from 2007 to 2014, using following keywords: Papillomaviridae AND Papillomavirus Vaccines Knowledge Community Health Services. A total 31 questions were divided into six categories. In internal validation, final was applied 390 subjects (adolescents, parents/guardians professionals) period 2014. proportion assertive responses respective 95% confidence interval (CI) used each question. Results: Three articles subject found databases consulted that served as basis for questionnaire. There lower correct answers HPV. Adolescents, carers showed low correctness safety efficacy vaccine. three groups did not show any barriers acceptability. Conclusion: instrument adequate measure HPV, its repercussions well measuring
