摘要: Resveratrol is a well known polyphenol largely produced in grapevine. It strong antioxidant and free radical scavenger. exhibits several beneficial effects for health including cancer. activity essential the prevention of chemical-induced cancer by inhibiting initiation step carcinogenesis process but it also considered to inhibit promotion progression steps. While resveratrol on cells are widely described, data available antiproliferative potential derivatives remain weak. Nevertheless, analogs could exhibit stronger potentials than parent molecule. So, we compared cellular trans-resveratrol, trans-epsilon-viniferin their respective acetate derivatives, as mixture extracted from grapevine shoots, called vineatrol. We studied abilities interfere with cell proliferation, uptake parameters state human hepatoma (HepG2). Cell growth experiments show that triacetate presents slightly better resveratrol. The dimer epsilon-viniferin,as its pentaacetate analog, less powerful resveratrol, although similar kinetics cells. Interestingly, among tested polyphenols, vineatrol most potent solution, indicating possible synergistic effect both epsilon-viniferin. took advantage fluorescence properties these compounds evidence using flow cytometry. In addition, competition assay, demonstrate enters hepatic HepG2 same way By autofluorescence situ measurement observed related induce deep changes activity. These occur mainly increasing NADPH content number green fluorescent cytoplasmic granular structures which may be an induction detoxifying enzyme mechanisms.
