摘要: Abstract Vertical changes in bacterial and archaeal communities (mainly methanogen) with soil depth three Japanese paddy fields (Tatsuta, Nagakute Ichinomiya, Aichi prefecture) were investigated by polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE) quantitative PCR. All located an alluvial area the texture differed among layers. The Ichinomiya well-drained (Gray Upland Gray Lowland soil, respectively), whereas Tatsuta field was a wet (Gley soil). amount of extracted DNA drastically decreased below 20 cm remained at low level deeper layers all fields. Numbers mcrA genes, encoding methyl-coenzyme M reductase α subunit methanogenic archaea, fields; high numbers genes retained through field. Cluster analysis DGG...
