摘要: The detection of aliphatic amines in flow systems with a potentiometric method based on metallic copper wire electrode is described. shown to give sensitive response toward injection analysis. parameters affecting the characteristics such as pH carrier, concentration an ion-interaction reagent and volume were investigated. was applied after separation by chromatography mobile phase containing low octylammonium salicylate unbuffered solution. Detection limits range 0.5-1.0 nmol obtained presence 0.3 mM at 6.0 flow-rate ml/min. A comparison conventional UV given, showing comparable sensitivities. offers cost, easily constructed detector some possible applications.
