摘要: This study was conducted to develop methodologies for appropriately determining the monetary values of incentive/disincentive (I/D) rates highway construction projects in Indiana. In this study, a comprehensive literature review performed identify possible effective work zone effects, impacts, and contract time optimization. The production were developed previous study. validated adjusted with help from Indiana Department Transportation field engineers. weigh-in-motion collected traffic data obtained, processed, analyzed provide input user cost calculations at zones. Construction obtained processed relationship between time. With data, methods as basis appropriate I/D rates. User costs resulting delays zones analyzed. A series equations estimating developed. calculation sheets using MS Excel based on network. Finally, method determine combination estimated given Guidelines developing A+B bidding provisions provided.
