摘要: Chinese hamster V-79 cells, exposed in polystyrene tubes for 5 min to 1 MHz continous wave ultrasound, were lysed more by a 10W/cm/sup 2/ than 5W/cm/sup intensity. Higher atmospheric pressure was needed eliminate lysis with the former relative latter intensity, but completely eliminated 2 atmospheres of hydrostatic pressure. The reduction per unit increase atomspheric comparable both ultrasound intensities.
