摘要: In-vitro cloning assays in semi-solid agar have been demonstrated to be very useful the study of growth and differentiation human normal malignant hematopoietic cells (Metcalf 1977; Hamburger 1977). Several sophisticated preservation procedures these cultures described an attempt simplify morphological cytochemical characterisation single cell clusters (Kubota et al. 1980; Konwalinka Fauser Messmer 1979; Salmon Buick Jakobs 1979). Until present time none reported techniques has satisfactory for in-situ identification various proliferating types.
