摘要: Multiple myeloma has served as a model neoplasm in both mouse and man (21). Studies of immunoglobulin synthesis metabolism have been applied to quantitate the total-body number cells follow changes tumor mass with treatment. Such serial kinetic studies, those tritiated thymidine labeling index tumor, provided insights on kinetics growth regression approaches treatment however, did not directly assess clonigenic cells, that provide basic renewal system tumor.
