摘要: The current study proposes the design of a hybrid series-parallel resonant converter (SPRC) and three-stage Cockcroft-Walton voltage multiplier for precisely adjusting power generated by continuous wave (CW) CO 2 laser. SPRC, called LCC converter, is described, fundamental approximation high-voltage high-frequency (HVHF) transformer with tank discussed. results show that drop ripple depend on frequency. CW laser can be adjusted variable-frequency controller using DSP (TMS320F2812) microprocessor. proposed could used to obtain maximum output 23 W. Moreover, it adjust within 4.3 W at an operating frequency range 187.5 370 kHz. efficiency system approximately 16.5%, minimum about 1.62%.
