摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the mechanism of action interferons. Interferons are synthesized in vertebrate cells response to various inducers. They secreted out cells, interact with other and thereby render them incapable supporting virus replication. Studies on interferon system can be classified broadly into two groups: studies biosynthesis actions. The discusses some aspects latter proteins genes detail. also biochemical changes brought about by treatment that not infected viruses. antiviral effects as studied intact virus-infected cells. Although much progress has been made research within past few years, actions molecular terms is still clear. discovery dsRNA-dependent enzyme activities implications beyond system. These first examples enzymes activated interaction double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA).
