摘要: Abstract Sintered uranium dioxide specimens containing soluble additions of CaO, Y 2 O 3 , ZrO or insoluble SiO were subjected to creep-in-bending tests at temperatures from 1200–1450 °C in a dry hydrogen atmosphere. The decreased and increased the plasticity UO . Activation energies for steady state creep determined. Grain boundary sliding migration occurred during all these materials. Additions tendency towards formation intercrystalline cracks
