摘要: The treatment of extraneural metastatic medulloblastoma is mainly a domain chemotherapy. Although previous results were promising, the overall poor prognosis, high relapse rates and still unknown ideal combination chemotherapeutic agents leave many questions open. In this study, effectiveness previouslyused for reviewed, complexityof emerging new strategies including high-dose chemotherapy with bone marrow peripheral blood stem-cell transplantation are discussed.Furthermore, we describe case bone-metastasized recurrent longest remission ever reported (120 months) after regimens containing doxorubicine, vincristine, cyclophosphamide (ACO-protocol) [1, 2] methotrexate. When infiltration occurred, second chemotherapeutically induced complete was achieved. High-dose-chemotherapy autologous used as consolidating regimen. Complete has persisted over 15 months now.
