摘要: Camelina (Camelina sativa) oil was tested as a replacement for fish in diets farmed Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua). differs from other plant oilseeds previously used aquaculture with high lipid (40 %), α-linolenic acid antioxidants and low proportions of saturated fats. Dietary treatments were fed to (19 g fish−1 initial weight) 9 weeks included control (FO), 40 % (CO40) 80 (CO80) camelina oil. There no effect replacing at levels up on the growth performance. Cod CO80 stored more liver (p CO40 > CO80; p < 0.01) increased total ω6 fatty acids (FO 0.01). In liver, long-chain (LC) PUFA such 20:4ω6, 20:5ω3, 22:5ω3 22:6ω3 decreased when removed diet 0.05), 18-carbon can reduce amount needed meet requirements, although reduced LC PUFAs both tissues. A comparison BF3 H2SO4 catalysts transmethylate muscle lipids revealed small but significant differences some proportions.
