摘要: Aims: To investigate metastasis associated in colon cancer 1 (MACC1) expression cervical cancer. Methods: One hundred and four paraffin-embedded specimens were immunohistochemically analyzed for MACC1 expression. The of 8 pairs adjacent normal tissues detected by Real-time PCR. Results: was upregulated compared with tissues. Patients higher had shorter overall survival time, whereas those lower ASAP1 survived longer (P = 0.029). Moreover, high correlated FIGO stage 0.039) lymph nodes 0.003) this disease. Multivariate analysis revealed that an independent prognostic factor 0.043) the patients. Conclusion: Our study suggests may contribute to tumor development progression cancer, could be a useful marker prognosis
