摘要: Kinetics of chitosan fragmentation by ultrasonic irradiation at frequency 20 kHz, and the effects experimental variables (power ultrasound, concentration solution temperature) on were investigated. The kinetics studies followed measuring viscosity original its fragments, determining average number chain scission fragments. power, temperature process viscometry size exclusion chromatography. chemical structure fragments examined (1)H NMR spectroscopy elemental analysis. results showed that rate increased with an increase in power ultrasound. Chain ultrasound; temperature, but a decrease concentration. polydispersity nearly identical. A model based data to describe relationship between time; reduced concentration, c[eta]; was proposed. It concluded is suitable method perform partial depolymerization obtain moderate macromolecules from large ones.
