摘要: Abstract Some microbial strains can hydrolyse many nitriles to the corresponding organic acids by means of two enzymes: a nitrile-hydratase which hydrates nitrile amide, and an amidase hydrolyses amide acid. Two methods are proposed for assay enzymatic activities: proton magnetic resonance spectrometry (n.m.r.) gas-liquid chromatography (g.l.c.). For these activities (nitrile-hydratase amidase), g.l.c, was better, because it more precise much sensitive than n.m.r, method. The examples acetonitrile acetamide described in detail.
