摘要: The analysis of the combined efficiencies in a coupled photovoltaic (PV)/thermal concentrating solar collector are presented based on electrical/thermal model. calculations take into account drop efficiency that accompanies operation PV cells at elevated temperatures along with detailed thermal system including losses. An iterative numerical scheme is described involves electrothermal simulation energy conversion process. In proposed configuration losses cell due to reduced and incident below bandgap both harnessed as heat.
