摘要: On the basis of DNA hybridization data and phenotypes, most pathogenic strains Aeromonas hydrophila are grouped into group 1 (HG1). These secret theromostable lipase, it's gene (lipAH) has been cloned sequenced. The present study was performed to identify A. by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique detect lipAH. Synthetic oligonucleotide primers (lipAH-ns-1 -na-1) were used in PCR. PCR identified 80% lipAH-positive strains, consisting seven 11 O11 (64%), 13 15 O16 (87%) 25 30 O34 (83%) clinical isolates this study.
