摘要: Aeromonas hydrophila is a major bacterial pathogen associated with hemorrhagic septicemia in aquatic and terrestrial animals including humans. There an urgent need to develop molecular immunological assays for rapid, specific sensitive diagnosis. A new set of primers has been designed detection thermostable hemolysin (TH) gene (645 bp) from A. hydrophila, sensitivity limit TH was 5 pg. The cloned, sequenced analyzed. G+C content 68.06%; phylogeny constructed using protein sequences which had significant homology those other hemolysins present several pathogens. In addition, we have predicted the four eight T-cell epitopes MHC class I II alleles, respectively. These results provide insight containing antigenic that can be used immunoassays also designing vaccines.
