摘要: The spread of multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacteria is an emerging threat to the environment and public wellness. Inappropriate use indiscriminate release antibiotics in through un-metabolized form create a scenario for emergence virulent pathogens MDR bugs surroundings. Mechanisms underlying resistance include horizontal vertical gene transfers causing transmittance genes packed different host, which pass across food webs. Several controlling agents have been used combating pathogens; however, lytic bacteriophages proves be one most eco-friendly due their specificity, killing only target without damaging indigenous beneficial flora habitat. Phages are part natural microflora present environmental niches remarkably stable environment. Diverse range phage products, such as enzymes, peptides having antimicrobial properties, cocktails also eradicate along with whole phages. Recently, ability phages control has extended from areas medicine, agriculture, aquaculture, industry, into To avoid arrival pre-antibiotic epoch, intervention potential option harmful generated by flow uneasy cure conventional treatments.
