Synthesis of a thymine-functionalized nucleoamino acid for the solid phase assembly of cationic nucleopeptides

摘要: In this work, we report the synthesis of a thymine-functionalized nucleoamino acid suitable for solid phase nucleopeptides. The monomer was obtained in solution starting from commercial compounds and after NMR (1H 13C) ESIMS (positive ions) characterization it used assembly cationic nucleopeptide by sequentially introducing underivatized l-lysine units monomers. After detachment resin, performed acidic conditions, oligomer purified HPLC characterized LC-ESIMS which confirmed identity thymine-based nucleopeptide. nucleobase-containing peptide, well soluble water, studied CD spectroscopy allowed us to exclude any helical pre-organization experimental conditions used. Furthermore, behavior at different temperatures also as described work.
