摘要: Golgi fractions isolated from rat liver homogenates have been resolved into membrane and content subfractions by treatment with 100 mM Na2CO3 pH 11.3. This procedure permitted extensive extraction of proteins lipoproteins, presumably because it caused an alteration membranes that minimized the reformation closed vesicles. The type degree contamination was assessed electron microscopy biochemical assays. subfraction retained 15% lipids, these could not be removed various washing procedures. contaminated both fragments vesicles accounted for 5 to 10% enzyme activities original fraction. lipid compositions determined, phospholipids were found uniformly labeled [33P]phosphate administered in vivo.
