摘要: The variables that influence the selection of a preparative regimen for pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplant procedure encompasses many issues. When one considers this non-malignant diseases, components in were historically developed to reduce malignant tumor burden may be unnecessary. primary goal instance becomes engraftment with establishment normal hematopoiesis and immune system. Overcoming rejection priority, but pursuit cannot neglect organ toxicity, or post-transplant morbidity such as graft-versus-host disease life threatening infections. With improvements supportive care, newborn screening techniques early detection, expansion viable donor sources, we have reached stage where transplantation can considered virtually any patient based disease. Advancing regiments minimize related toxicity will thus dictate what extent medical technology is fully utilized. This mini-review provide an overview origins conditioning regimens how agents evolved make option children diseases We summarize current state facet describe considerations come into play selecting particular regimen. Decisions within realm must tailor treatment condition ideally achieve optimal outcome. Finally, project forward advances are needed overcome persistent obstacles currently limit utilization haematopoietically children.
