摘要: Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) is a high-resolution ultrasound technique that allows noninvasive in vivo imaging of structural details the anterior ocular segment at near light microscopic resolution and provides detailed assessment structures, including those obscured by normal anatomic pathologic relations. We summarize UBM applications glaucoma. In some cases elucidates mechanism elevated intraocular pressure showing relationship between peripheral iris trabecular meshwork. It can be used to study causes secondary glaucoma, for example, pigment dispersion syndrome, lens-induced glaucomas, ciliary block, cysts, solid tumors segment. also assess effects various interventions such as laser iridotomy, trabeculectomy, non-penetrating drainage surgery. Precise quantitative evaluation chamber angle structures help diagnosis management pathologies related
