摘要: Abstract ODS materials constitute a new promising class of structural for advanced fission and fusion energy application. These Fe–Cr based ferritic steels contain ultra-high density dispersion-strengthening nanoclusters conferring excellent mechanical properties to the alloy. Hence, guarantee nanocluster stability under irradiation remain critical issue. Nanoclusters are non-equilibrium multicomponent compounds (YTiCrO) forming through complex nucleation pathway during elaboration process. In this paper, it is proposed observe response these when system placed far from equilibrium by means ion beam. The results indicate that Y, Ti, O Cr atoms self-organized so coarsened but maintain their chemical composition. It discussed radiation-sustained metastability emerges cooperative effects: radiation-induced Ostwald ripening, permanent creation vacancies in clusters, fast diffusion mediated interstitials.
