The anti-oxidation behavior and infrared emissivity property of SiC/ZrSiO 4 –SiO 2 coating

摘要: In order to improve the oxidation resistance and decrease infrared emissivity of carbon/carbon(C/C) composites, SiC SiC/ZrSiO4–SiO2 (SZS) coating were prepared by pack cementation slurry painting method. The phase compositions microstructures as-prepared coatings characterized X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy energy dispersive spectrometer. anti-oxidation property, failure single SZS investigated. results show that weight loss coated sample reached 2.1 ± 0.025 % after 58 h isothermal at 1,500 °C. While exhibits superior can protect C/C matrix from for more than 198 h with a weight-gain 3.67 ± 0.025 %. mechanisms are mainly resulting unself-healing defects caused CO2 gas which generated during process SiC. investigation property reveals that, increases gradually 0.45 0.72 between 3 14 μm. 500 °C 0.2 0.65 coupled effect dipole moments lattice vibration in higher temperature becomes weaker, turn lead reducing turn. From point view, may be one most promising candidates high low composite.
