摘要: The positron emitting metal-chelates were synthesized, and they evaluated as a tumor imaging agents in tumor-bearing animals. [48V]vanadylpheophorbide (48V-Pheo) was synthesized by insertion of 48V into pheophorbide (Pheo), decomposition product from chlorophyll. Furthermore, new derivative, inserted Chlorine e6Na (Chi) which similar to Pheo but it has hydrophilic properties. time for attaining the maximum uptake [48V]vanadyl-chlorin [48V-Chl] tissue after injection 12 hrs, while that 48V-Pheo 24 hrs. These results suggested 48V-Chl may be useful agent diagnosis phototheraphy tumors. On other hand, shown [45xi] titanium ascorbate (45Ti-AsA) is also diagnostic brain tumor. Both 48V- 45Ti- chelate compounds applied tomography agent.
