摘要: Routine laboratory lipid assays include simple measurements of total cholesterol, triacylglycerols and HDL. However, lipids are a large group compounds involved in many metabolic pathways, their alterations may have serious health consequences. In this study, we used 1H NMR to analyze extracted from sera 16 obese patients prior after bariatric surgeries. We observed post-surgery decrease serum concentrations various groups. The hereby presented findings imply that is suitable for rapid, non-invasive detection 30 structural groups, among them triacylglycerols, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, sphingomyelin, phospholipids, total, free esterified unsaturated fatty acids. NMR-based analysis contribute substantial increase the number routinely determined markers group; therefore, it find application clinical assessment subjects surgeries, as well examination with other diseases.
