摘要: Predictions of the dynamics dry spinning polymer fibers based on a two-dimensional model are presented. The constitutive equation used to describe fluid includes both viscous and viscoelastic effects is an equivalent parallel combination non-linear Giesekus simple Newtonian component. Temperature composition accounted for in viscosity, glass transition, zero-shear modulus, through these, associated relaxation time model. Inclusion component enables predictions distinction between locking-in fiber velocity profile due rapidly rising viscosity consequently dropping deformation rate, solidification occurrence transition. axial radial profiles temperature, composition, stress, orientation reflect skin-core morphology. Moreover, single free parameter model, representing ratio that total affects force profiles, most especially profile, can therefore be as fitting spinline data.
