摘要: Purpose To evaluate transthoracic minimally invasive device closure of atrial septal defects by performing echocardiography to measure changes in cardiac hemodynamics and loading conditions. Methods Between January 2012 December 2012, we performed 95 patients with secundum (ASD), blood flow velocities at the tricuspid valve orifice pulmonary orifice, sizes left right atria ventricles, ventricular fractional area change, Tei index, three-dimensional ejection fraction, annular plane systolic excursion fractions before procedure 1 week, 3 months, year post-procedure. Results Varying degrees improvement were observed post-procedure later time points. The maximum velocity mean velocity, velocity-time integral, A peak E decreased significantly (P 0.05). One week post-procedure, fraction had not changed significantly, but months increased compared preoperative data (P<0.05). Conclusion Echocardiographic evaluation has demonstrated that conditions improved after defects.
