摘要: Abstract Silicon wafer-based solar cell contributes to about 92% of the total production photovoltaic cells. An average 30% incident light is lost via reflection from front surface silicon cell, thus reducing cell's power conversion efficiency. Texturization a process producing desired unevenness on cell.
