摘要: Abstract Silicon wafer-based solar cell contributes to about 92% of the total production photovoltaic cells. An average 30% incident light is lost via reflection from front surface silicon cell, thus reducing cell's power conversion efficiency. Texturization a process producing desired unevenness on cell. It well known as practical solution limitation. Front texture reduces reflectivity and more photocurrent generation within active materials. The research development efforts reduce optical losses texturization are reviewed in this paper. mechanisms loss reduction, desirable feature, methods texturization, side effects its compatibility with other enhancements for crystal elaborated upon. associated minimizing loss, negatively affecting carrier electrical losses. importance crystalline briefly related thin film amorphous fully encompass topic. Lesson learned conclusion highlighted last section.
