摘要: Long-term potentiation (LTP) is an activity-dependent, long-lasting change in the efficacy of synaptic transmission, which a possible neural substrate for learning and memory. We have induced LTP at some synapses slices rat sensorimotor cortex vitro, by using either brief tetanic stimulation afferent axons or associative, postsynaptic method induction. were successful inducing excitatory potentials (EPSPs) 11 out 53 neurones layers III, V VI.
