摘要: Three parameters of social function-socialization in the home, socialization outside to and hobbies interests--were analyzed determine reintegration long-term survivors documented completed stroke, who had already achieved satisfactory levels physical function as measured by Kenny self-care evaluation. A significant proportion manifested disability, despite complete restoration. Much this disability cannot be accounted for age, impairment or specific neurologic deficits. The distribution functional disabilities suggests that psychosocial factors, well organic deficits, are major determinants.
