摘要: A nanostructure lipid carrier (NLC) composed of solid, and liquid as a core has been developed delivery system for hydrophobic drug molecules. The aim this research was to fabricate an oleoyl-quaternized-chitosan (CS)-coated NLC, where the mucoadhesive property nanoparticles is enhanced more efficient delivery. NLC loaded with alpha-mangostin (AP), model drug, were fabricated using high pressure homogenization process subsequently coated CS. showed particle sizes in range 200-400nm, low polydispersity, physical stability excellent encapsulation efficiency (EE>90%). Additionally, vitro viability, cytotoxicity ability CS-NLC affect apoptosis carcinoma Caco-2 cells determined Triplex assay. Gene expressiom analysis performed quantitative reverse transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-qPCR). Moreover, vivo toxicological testing NLCs conducted zebrafish embryos.
